6.Select Make Order. In the case of paying by card through the Virtual POS you will be directed to the bank page.

7. Once the payment is made, the order will be prepared and it will be sent to you within a period of no more than 7 working days, except for breakage of stock of any of the materials. In this case you will be periodically informed of the status of your order.

The prices and availability of the web products are valid except end of stock. Orders will be answered in order of reception.


Orders can be canceled within 4 hours after placing the order by mail to with details of the order and subject: Cancellation of order. In this case the full amount will be refunded by the same means that was made.


All new products sold by Blautic Designs, S.L. end users have the legal guarantee of 24 months. In case of not being able to repair the product, it will be replaced by another of identical characteristics. If it can not be replaced by another of identical characteristics, the amount will be reimbursed.


The client will have a term of SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS (7 days) to execute the right of return, if he has not been satisfied. The term will be computed from the date of reception of the order by the client, communicating it to, within that period and by e-mail to

To return the products of an order, they must be in PERFECT CONDITIONS AND IN THE ORIGINAL UNUSED PACKAGING.

The shipping and collection costs in case of return will be paid by the customer except in the case of a refund due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to PikkuSports.

Once the product has been received in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and without using it, we will refund the corresponding amount by the same means in which the payment was made.


You can pay in different ways:

Payment in advance by bank transfer.

You must make a bank transfer to our account for the price of the products of the order plus the shipping costs. The total sum will appear on your screen before confirming your order, when you check the general data of the same.
In the transfer you must indicate the name of the person or entity to which the order will be invoiced and the number of that order (it is automatically assigned by the system when the order is completed). You must indicate as a beneficiary of the same to Blautic Designs, S. L.
The transfer must be made within a maximum period of seven days from the completion of the order to the following account:

If in that period there is no proof of payment, the order will be canceled automatically.

Payment by credit card.

Payment will be made securely through the payment gateway of Banco Sabadell. Blautic Designs, S.L. never receives the data from the credit card, they are sent directly to the bank (through the payment gateway) who processes the payment and notifies us of the operation without communicating confidential and private information.


Orders will be shipped within a maximum period of three working days from the receipt of the same or from the confirmation of payment in the cases of payment by transfer, except stock breakage, in which case the customer will be informed of the delivery time approximate. If the end of stock is definitive, the Client will be notified as well so that he chooses between choosing a different product with similar characteristics and a price similar to the exhausted product or canceling his order, returning the money paid in advance.

Orders not delivered to the Customer within seven days of shipment for reasons not attributable to PikkuSports will be returned to the seller, considering the order canceled for all purposes, returning to the Customer, if applicable, the money paid in advance, and without any claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect.

The delivery will be made door to door at the delivery address indicated in the order’s shipping information. The subsequent modification of this address may generate a series of expenses that will be borne by the Customer. The orders will be delivered by the transport company at the delivery address indicated by the Client and to the person who has set himself as receiver of the same. These data will be entered in the delivery note of the transport company, which will also indicate the number of packages of the shipment, the total weight and the order number.

In addition to the delivery note, the Customer will be given with each order, either within the shipping package, or attached to the package of the product sent, a purchase invoice.

If at the time of delivery it is clearly visible, without the need to handle the shipping packages or the product’s own packaging, that a product has defects caused by transport damage or it is seen, in the same way, a error in the received merchandise, the Customer must consign it in the delivery note and communicate it to PikkuSports (by email addressed to within 24 hours of receiving the order to urge the return of the affected product and with it the replacement by a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it.

Defects in transport that are only noticeable after unpacking the product must be communicated in the first 24 hours from receipt of the order by email to the address, indicating the damage caused to the product and urging the return of the affected product and with it the replacement by a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it.
